We are operating in line with Norwich Cathedral’s safety policy and are proud to be licensed to use the UK Theatre See It Safely mark. This means you will be safe when you visit any of our performances. We ask that if you are feeling unwell, please remain at home and look after yourself.

Our partnership with Norwich Theatre as our Box Office means that we can communicate with you, should there be any changes in circumstances. From booking your ticket, to attending an event we will be completely open and supportive. This includes postponement or cancellations with full refunds. You can book with us in confidence.

PLEASE NOTE: Entry to the Hostry Building is via the Cloisters & Refectory side only in from July to November. All events are fully accessible unless stated.

Sanitisation stations will be provided and trained festival team members and volunteers will be on hand to answer your questions and ensure the latest government guidelines are followed.

All venues will have windows open windows, so please dress warmly.
