Event cancellations & postponements
If we are required to postpone or cancel any of our events due to governments guidelines or any other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your ticket will be offered.
Start times & event duration
Start and running times for our events are listed within our event listings on our brochure and website.
Entry & Latecomers
We cannot guarantee late entry to any events. Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. Where late entry is possible, latecomers will be asked to wait for a suitable point in the performance to enter.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to an event and alter programme details if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Re-admission to an event is at the sole discretion of the Autumn Festival of Norfolk and Front of House management.
Seating for all events is non-allocated unless pre-arranged for accessibility reasons.
To ensure safety, property searches may be required ahead of entry, this may include bag searches.
General Terms & Conditions
The Autumn Festival of Norfolk operates its own venues as well as working in partnership with organisations and in public locations.
Tickets for events sold or booked directly by the Autumn Festival of Norfolk are subject to the terms and conditions on this page.
Our partners, hired venues and other locations may also have additional specific conditions and requirements. Every effort is made to make these clear at the time of booking and ahead of the event, however the conditions of sale may need to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Neither the Autumn Festival of Norfolk or our venues will be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Governance
Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Autumn Festival of Norfolk complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 through our Privacy Policy. The Autumn Festival of Norfolk holds public liability insurance.
