Booking your tickets

Booking online:

Booking online is the easiest way to buy tickets. View our events and book online by clicking the ‘What’s on’ button at the top of our website. E-tickets will be issued as standard. 

Booking in person

Tickets for all our events (unless otherwise listed) can be purchased in person at Norwich Theatre Box Office. Visit their website for current opening information and directions.

Booking by phone

To book tickets by phone, call our Box Office on 01603 598 676. Lines are open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

E-tickets

Please bring your e-ticket with you (either printed out or on a device) as you will need it to gain entry to festival events. Each person attending will need to produce a valid ticket on arrival.

Access Events

The Autumn Festival of Norfolk is a culturally enriching festival for the entire community of Norwich and Norfolk. We offer reduced ticket prices for various events throughout the festival. Look out for the Access logo in our brochure.

*Access Events for the Under 18’s, Full-time Students, Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support. Discounts vary depending on the event. Proof of eligibility may be required on the door.

Accessibility

All events have wheelchair access unless otherwise stated. Events unable to accommodate wheelchairs are marked with the red wheelchair logo in our brochure and booking page. Let us know in advance of any additional requirements: support@autumnfestivalofnorfolk.org

Free Ticketed Events

As always, our 2023 edition of the Autumn Festival of Norfolk will include a number of Free Ticketed Events, including outreach workshops with Total Ensemble Theatre Company and the African Choir of Norfolk. Free events are listed in our festival guide.

Concessions

Concession tickets are available to OAPs and student card holders. Appropriate ID will be checked on admission.
